Meeting his wife and their two lovely daughters was a heartwarming experience. Despite the years that had passed and the distance between us—his family had moved to Alberta during our youth—it felt like no time had passed at all.
The day of the shoot was scorching hot, but the heat didn’t dampen our spirits. We took a leisurely walk around the historic streets of Montreal’s Old Port, capturing moments in some of the city’s most iconic locations. The Old Port’s charming cobblestone streets, historic buildings, and vibrant atmosphere provided a perfect backdrop for the photos.
The girls were full of energy and joy, running around and playing with the street pianos we encountered. Their laughter and playful antics brought so much life to the photos. It was wonderful to see their carefree spirit and to capture those genuine, candid moments.
As we explored the area, we paused at various picturesque spots. The le Royer Street, Saint-Jacques street, historic buildings, and the waterfront offered endless photo opportunities. Each location added a unique touch to the session, creating a beautiful mix of candid and posed shots.
This photoshoot was more than just a professional engagement; it was a walk down memory lane, a reconnection with old friends, and an opportunity to create new memories with a wonderful family. I feel incredibly grateful to have been a part of this special day and to have captured these cherished moments for them.
